We know it’s frustrating trying to pull off a successful team bonding event - that’s why over the last decade, we’ve streamlined a framework that delivers strong relationships.
Event customization, make it yours.

Brainstorming Session.
What do you want to see in the mural design? The entire team can decide. Digitally via the MURAL app or in-person through discussion. We can share quotes, images, design elements, and more. We look at what everyone contributes and come up with a couple of designs with your input. Participants 1-1,000 people possible per session.

Hands-On Painting Session.
Once you find a design you love based on the brainstorming session, you'll arrive at a 'paint by number/color' wall. Select your color & PAINT! Don't want to paint and have our team do it? No problem! We have enough paintbrushes for 10 people at a time, however, 10-30 is a great number for this portion of the mural.

Customize the Involement.
Options! In-person versus digital, designing a mural versus selecting one, & painting hands-on versus hands-off!
Make it a conference with 24/7 live mural cameras, timelapses, and photography. We can add drinks, food, music - or maybe just keep it simple.

Meet our Muralist & Facilitator
Muralist Molly Keen has created more than 60+ public murals across 32 cities and 22 countries.
She taught art to people with Dementia and Alzhiemer’s and specializes in community murals. She is known for her larger than life colors and ability to teach someone who has never picked up a paintbrush before!

What to Expect…

There are many ways to design a mural event to your needs.
You can have a full 1,000 person brainstorming session via zoom to a 20 in-person session at the office.
Or maybe you don't want to decide what the mural will be and you just want to show up for an hour and paint alongside one another. We can custom create the event to be small or large-scale - in a way that you always dreamed of!

Brainstorming can take 10 minutes to 1 hour depending on how in-depth you want to go.
The painting can be anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on how involved you want to be and if you have food and drinks for participants.
We set up a coloring book mural for you to fill in and then clean it up once you leave. Should take 2-3 totals for the professional mural.
We can make it short or long depending on your needs.

Our event is designed for ALL skill levels, and we are looking for those people who have never even picked up a paintbrush.
We do 1:1 sessions with participants and by the end have you leaving feeling confident and like a true Artist.

Mural: 2-4 days for completion.
Brainstorming 30 min-1 hour
Painting 30 minutes - 3 days.
The actual mural start to finish is around 2-4 days. We can add your team to any of those painting days.
For brainstorming, the sky is the limit. We can do it digitally or in person. Our record is 780 people for brainstorming.
For the actual painting, we can have as many people as you want - however, we can get 10 people painting at one time. That is usually how many people we can fit on a wall.
With that said, great size is 25 people for a successful painting and hanging out ratio.
